These terms cover the hushfort.com website and the Hushfort Security plugin. We've kept them short and plain.

The plugin licence
Hushfort Security is free software, licensed under the GNU General Public License v2 or later. That licence governs your rights to use, study, change and share the plugin's code.
Plans and payment
Hushfort has a Free plan and one paid plan, Pro, available for $11 a month, $49 a year or $149 once (lifetime licence). Each Pro licence covers one site. Monthly and yearly licences renew automatically until you cancel; when a licence ends, Pro's layers switch off and your settings and history stay in place.
Refunds: ask within 14 days of purchase and you get a full refund, no questions asked. See the refund policy for how to ask. Prices are in US dollars and are shown on the pricing page.
Payments will be handled by a payment provider that acts as the seller of record; its name will be shown here and at checkout before checkout opens.
Using the plugin responsibly
Hushfort changes how people reach your site: it can hide the login page, block requests and hold accounts for review. Before you change settings:
- Keep a current backup of your site.
- Save your login URL and recovery codes somewhere private.
- Test changes in a private browser window before you log out.
You're responsible for the settings you choose and for your own site's content and data.
No warranty
The plugin is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind, as described in the GPL. No security tool can promise that a site will never be attacked or compromised. Hushfort hardens the ways into your site; it does not scan for malware, run firewall rule sets or make backups.
Limitation of liability
Hushfort is provided under the GPL "as is", without warranty. To the extent the law allows, Eureka Studio is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the plugin. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under the law of your country.
This website
You may read, link to and quote this site's articles with a link back. Please don't copy whole articles. The Hushfort name and logo belong to Eureka Studio.
Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version.
Governing law
These terms will name the governing law and jurisdiction before paid plans open.
