Refund policy
Updated
If Hushfort Pro isn't right for you, ask within 14 days of your payment and you get a full refund. No questions asked, no forms to justify it.
How to ask
Email [email protected] from the address you used to buy. Include:
- Your order number or licence key (both are in your purchase email).
- The words "Refund request", so we can find it quickly.
That's it. You don't need to tell us why, although we're glad to hear it if you want to.
What happens to your licence
- Your Pro licence is cancelled, so the Pro layers switch off on your site.
- The free Hushfort Security plugin keeps working, with every free layer.
- Your settings and history stay in your WordPress database. Nothing is deleted.
If you buy Pro again later, the Pro layers come back with the settings you had.
Monthly and yearly plans
- Renewals can be cancelled any time. Cancelling stops the next payment.
- The 14-day refund applies to the latest payment: your first purchase, or a renewal you didn't mean to keep.
- Earlier payments for periods you have already used are not refunded.
Lifetime licences
A lifetime licence is a single payment. You can ask for a refund within 14 days of that payment.
Who handles the payment
Payments are processed by our payment provider, which acts as the seller of record. It issues the refund to the card or account you paid with. Its name is shown at checkout and on your receipt. How long the money takes to reach you depends on your bank or card issuer.
