What to include

• Your WordPress version and PHP version.
• Your Hushfort version (and Hushfort Pro version, if you use it). Both are on the Plugins screen.
• Which layer is involved, for example Hide Login, Anti-Spam or Login Limits.
• What you expected, and what happened instead. A screenshot helps.
• For billing questions: your order number or the email you bought with.

Please never send passwords, recovery codes or API keys. We will never ask for them.
